Ness Wilson
About Ness
Ness is the Pioneer UK Leader. She leads Open Heaven Church in Loughborough, is on the Core Team for the Wildfires Festival, sits on the Evangelical Alliance Council and is a Trustee for LICC. Ness is the Regional Leader for Pioneer Midlands and together with the Midlands Regional Team, she works into the Midlands churches. Ness is our ‘champion’ for women in leadership across the network.
Linda Ward
About Linda
Linda is the Regional Leader for Pioneer London and together with the London Regional Team, works into the London churches. She is also Pioneer’s Ecumenical Lead, leads Pioneer Network Australia and co-chairs WLL (West London Leaders, a unity collaboration of over 100 church & Community leaders across denominations). She is an accredited Mediator with experience journeying with leaders in the workplace and churches.
Richard Anniss
About Richard
Richard, together with his wife Judith, are the Regional Leaders for Pioneer North and they work into the churches in the North. They also lead the team of leaders at King’s Church in Greater Manchester. Richard is also Pioneer’s Training and Theological Lead and oversees CORE and Pathway, he also coordinates a local unity movement in Manchester.
Paul Weston
About Paul
Paul, together with his wife Paula, are the Regional Leaders for Pioneer South and they work into the churches in the South. They also lead New Generation Church in Sidcup – which is an outstanding church in terms of its impact in the local community. Paul Co-Chairs the New Generation Schools Trust developing the Hope Community School network and serves on the leadership team for Spring Harvest.
Graham Blake
About Graham
Graham is the Regional Leader for Pioneer East, the newest Pioneer Region having been launched in 2022 and together with an East Regional Team, Graham works into churches in the East. Graham also leads Hope Church in Diss, Norfolk which is an excellent example of a thriving church in a rural setting. He has a passion to mobilise prayer and has recently become Pioneer’s Prayer Lead helping mobilise effective prayer across the Network.
Paula Weston
About Paula
Paula, together with her husband Paul, are the Regional Leaders for Pioneer South and they work into the churches in the South. They also lead New Generation Church in Sidcup – which is an outstanding church in terms of its impact in the local community. They founded Hope Community School, they run the local community library and Lark in the Park every summer. Paula leads the Pioneer Prophetic Community which is developing strong and healthy prophetic cultures in our churches
